Claude Code 2.1.198 ships Claude in Chrome, /dataviz, and fixes

Claude in Chrome is now generally available in v2.1.198. The update adds background agent notifications, a /dataviz skill for chart/dashboard guidance, and stacked slash-skill support (up to 5) alongside over a dozen fixes covering SSL errors, streaming resilience, subagent error handling, and more.
