LangChain launches LangSmith Engine, an agent that auto-fixes failures

LangSmith Engine is now in public beta: it watches production traces, clusters failures into named issues, diagnoses root causes against code, and proposes fixes plus eval coverage for review. Engine originally auto-created PRs for every issue, but LangChain switched to an inbox model after finding it too noisy. Its evaluation uses a synthetic benchmark called IssueBench.
