Claude Code 2.1.196 adds org default models, background agent notifications

Claude Code 2.1.196 introduces organization default models, allowing admins to set a default model in the org console. Background agents now automatically commit, push, and open draft PRs upon completing code work in a worktree. The update also fixes transient network errors and stuck background tasks.
