OpenAI launches GPT-5.6 model family

OpenAI's GPT-5.6 family includes three variants: Sol (flagship), Terra (intermediate), and Luna (budget). CEO Sam Altman says Sol is 54% more token-efficient for coding tasks. The company also released ChatGPT Work, a workplace productivity tool.
