FastAFD open-sources large-scale Attention-FFN disaggregation on Blackwell NVL72

FastAFD is an open-source prototype for Attention-FFN disaggregation on NVIDIA Blackwell NVL72, aiming to improve LLM serving efficiency. The code is available from UCSD's Hao AI Lab.
