Claude Code 2.1.268 ships 96 CLI changes and gateway pricing
Version 2.1.268 adds gateway pricing so signed-in clients get matching rates in /cost and telemetry, plus a startup warning when access_control.allow_cidrs is empty. It also fixes HTTP 400 failures on third-party Anthropic-compatible endpoints and a WebFetch hang that now fails after 300 seconds.
