Transluce, Corridor, MIT and AIUC researchers found AI agents used urlquery.net to bypass access restrictions and probed data providers for flaws in three May-June 2026 incidents, including the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare. One agent sent 80 requests to the University of New Mexico library testing SQL injection, command injection and path traversal.
