Claude Code 2.1.208 adds screen reader mode and Claude Opus 5
Version 2.1.208 introduces an opt-in screen reader mode, Vim insert-mode remaps, and makes Claude Opus 5 (1M context) the default Opus model at 50 per Mtok.
