TAC gives vetted cyber researchers access to OpenAI models with fewer guardrails; TechCrunch confirmed the revocations with five researchers. One email cited a 'technical issue affecting a limited number of users' for Daybreak Blue, TAC's latest tier. Anthropic runs a similar program, CVP.
