Claude Code 2.1.145: multi-level sub-agents, json command, fixes
Claude Code 2.1.145 adds sub-agents that can spawn their own sub-agents (up to 5 levels deep), a `--json` flag for scripting, and fixes for Fable 5 model names and Bedrock region detection. The update also improves OTEL span tracing for background agents.
