Claude Code v2.1.206 adds /cd path suggestions and /doctor check

Version 2.1.206 introduces directory path suggestions for the /cd command and a /doctor check that proposes trimming CLAUDE.md files. The /commit-push-pr command now auto-allows git push to the configured remote.
