Anthropic's Form S-1, filed October 26, discloses agreements with SpaceX.AI for NVIDIA GPU compute worth up to $120.5 billion through 2029 — roughly $3.1B a month once capacity is delivered in December 2026. The $120.5B is a ceiling: non-cancelable periods end January and March 2027, after which either side can exit on 90 days' notice.
