DeepSeek-V4 series launched: 1.6T param Pro and 284B param Flash

DeepSeek-V4-Pro has 1.6 trillion parameters (49B active) and DeepSeek-V4-Flash has 284B parameters (13B active), both using Mixture-of-Experts. The models support million-token contexts and are available on HuggingFace.
