AI chipmaker Enflame sets Sept. 2 IPO subscription date

Enflame Technology will open subscriptions for its Shanghai STAR Market IPO on Sept. 2, issuing 43.04 million new shares (10% of post-issue capital) to raise RMB6 billion. Proceeds fund fifth- and sixth-generation AI chip development; the company is not yet profitable.
