H3-Optimizations nodes rewritten with custom Sparse Comfy Kitchen backend

The H3-Optimizations nodes now use a custom Sparse Comfy Kitchen backend instead of the default Sparge Attention backend, removing the need for users to manage Sparge dependencies.
