NVIDIA forms 37-member Open Secure AI Alliance, open-sources NOOA

NVIDIA and 36 firms — including Microsoft, Cisco, Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, Hugging Face, IBM, and Red Hat — formed the Open Secure AI Alliance. Its first named contribution is NOOA, an Apache 2.0 framework for testing, tracing, and auditing AI-agent behavior. No charter, governing board, or delivery schedule were released.
