Claude Code 2.1.196 adds org default models, AWS gateway, background agent PRs

Claude Code 2.1.196 now supports organization default models set by admins, background agents that automatically commit and push PRs when finished, and a new Claude Platform on AWS gateway provider. The update also fixes transient network errors, excessive background classifier requests, and agent team coordination issues.
