Doom, compiled into a transformer

Developer built torchwright, a compiler that emits transformer weights from a computation graph, then ported Doom's renderer into a checkpoint — no training involved. Loaded as a stock Phi3ForCausalLM model, it generates screen frames from the level data, player position, and viewing direction in the prompt.
